KSAA is Conducting a Vote to Amend its Bylaws
Aloha kākou,
The Kamehameha Schools Alumni Association (KSAA) Board of Presidents requests your kōkua.
For over 18 months, the Bylaws Committee, composed of six dedicated alumni, has been working on updating and revising the Association’s Bylaws to better serve the Association and its Members. To that end, the proposed bylaws were approved by the KSAA Board of Presidents to present to the Membership for approval. The current Bylaws’ approval process requires voting by Members, not by Regions, to determine acceptance of amended bylaws.
We urge all alumni to:
- Review the existing Bylaws , the proposed amended Bylaws , and the Summary describing the mana’o behind the changes posted at this website.
- Register to vote as part of the approval process.
- Vote. After registering to vote, you will receive a link to place your vote.
The voting registration period is from now through June 29, 2021.
Voting begins July 2, through July 8, 2021.
Your kōkua is greatly appreciated.
